  • How do I place an order?

    As you select each item, click the "Add to my basket" button. This button can be found on every product description page, just underneath the description of the piece of furniture. When you have added all your items, click the "My basket" icon at the top of the screen.?
    You can then view all of the items you have selected, along with their price, availability, quantities and the total amount.? Before continuing with your order, you can, if you wish, add an item, withdraw an item, or change the quantities. We recommend that you check all of the details very carefully.?
    You should also check that your furniture can be delivered by the usual means of access (stairway, lift and door). To do so, carefully check the dimensions of each piece of furniture you order. The dimensions are shown on the description page for each piece of furniture.?
    To continue your order, simply click the "Place the order" button. Follow the instructions through to payment and final confirmation of your order.

  • I do not want to order over the Internet. Can I order the same items at a Maisons du Monde store?

    You will find our furniture range and decorative items on sale in our stores.
    You can order furniture and large decorative items directly in the store. A customer advisor will help you and answer any questions you may have.
    Small decorative items can only be ordered on our website, not in our stores.

  • How do I cancel or change my order?

    You can change your order up until the moment the order status is shown as "Being prepared".
    To modify or cancel your order, go to the "My account/ My orders" section. Select the order you wish to change and follow the instructions.

  • How do I change my delivery address or my billing address?

    For all address changes, go to the "My account/ My orders" section. Select the relevant order and follow the instructions.

  • How do I track my order?

    You can track your orders in real time.
    To find out the status of open orders, go to the "My account" section. Then click "My orders" and select the order you wish to track.
    Orders can have the following statuses:
    - Order confirmed:
    Once your order has been recorded and your payment authorised, your order status will change to "confirmed". An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
    The "order confirmed" status automatically generates a purchase order. You can view and print your order by going to "My account" and "My orders"
    - Order being prepared:
    Your order has been sent to our logistics partner. Once your items become available, they will be carefully prepared and packaged for shipping.
    - Order has shipped
    Our carrier has picked up your order.
    - Order delivered
    Once you have received the order, its status switches to "Order delivered".
    You can view your invoice by going to "My account" and "My orders".
    - Order cancelled
    This status appears when you have cancelled your order through our Customer Service Department. Details of each Customer Service operation are sent to you personally and confirmed by e-mail.
