To do this, go to « Your account » and access the details of your order.
Next to the product concerned, select « Return a product » in the « Complaints » menu, then provide the reasons for your choice. If you wish, you can add an explanatory note.
To return your article, conditions differ according to the method of transport used for the delivery. We have outlined the procedure in the table below.
