UNDERSTANDING OUR DELIVERY SERVICES

The delivery method differs according to the size and weight of the articles you order. Details of this are provided once you have validated your shopping basket.

PARCEL

Your parcel is delivered by a specialist carrier.

At the very latest, 7 days after placing your order, your articles are delivered to the ground floor of your residence.*

At the very latest, 7 days

* deliveries to upper floors and the installation of your articles are not included in this service.

ADDED EXTRAS

  • A carrier specialising in express deliveries
  • A fast delivery within a maximum of 7 working days
  • A delivery at your home, a delivery slip or an appointment
  • Customer services available 5 days a week

CARRIER

A specialist carrier will contact you very quickly to make an appointment.

On the day agreed, your articles are delivered to the desired place and floor.*

* It is your responsibility to check that your articles can be transported via the access routes at the place of delivery.

All the conditions for your delivery are confirmed by e-mail once your order has been paid for: a link to your order form allows you to consult all the useful information (delivery conditions, carrier’s name and contact details, etc.).

OUR DELIVERY PRICES

At Maisons du Monde, delivery prices are not included in the price of each article. This allows us to offer prices adapted to the type of purchase, and to remain transparent about the true value of our products.

MANAGING RETURNS

We are particularly attentive to the quality of our products and ensure that they are delivered to you under the best possible conditions. However, it may sometimes be necessary for you to return an article to us.


To do this, go to "My account" and access the details of your order.
Opposite the products concerned, choose "Return a product” in the “Refunds and returns” menu and give the reason why you are not satisfied.


You may also attach a photo or write a message explaining why. Your request will be transferred directly to customer services. This service will contact you as soon as possible to organise the return with you.
