We are particularly attentive to the quality of our products and ensure that they are delivered to you under the best possible conditions. However, it may sometimes be necessary for you to return an article to us.

To do this, go to "Your account" and access the details of your order.

Next to the product concerned, select "Return a product" in the "Complaints" menu, then provide the reasons for your choice. If you wish, you can add an explanatory note.

Your request will be transferred directly to customer services. They will contact you to organise the product's return.

To return your article, conditions differ according to the method of transport used for the delivery. We have outlined the procedure in the table below.

  • A return receipt is sent to you by e-mail. Just deposit the parcel at the post office of your choice.
  • Postage costs are payable by you, unless the article delivered does not conform or is faulty.

  • You are contacted to arrange an appointment to collect your article.
  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaged by you.
  • The product is collected from the ground floor of your home.
  • You are contacted to arrange an appointment to collect your article.
  • If applicable, a product delivered dismantled must be dismantled again by you.
  • The specialist carrier collects the item (with or without packaging) from the desired address and floor.
