OUR DELIVERY METHODS
Whatever products you order – a wardrobe, lamp, cushion, mirror, sofa etc. – Maisons du Monde makes every effort to ensure a high quality delivery service. So, we adapt our modes of transport to suit the nature of each order.

The delivery method will vary according to the weight, size and fragility of your items, and also according to the delivery location. Details of this are provided once you have validated your shopping basket. However, delivery costs are not dependent on the mode of transport, but on your order amount..
All of the delivery details are specified again in an e-mail, after payment of your order.
In the paragraphs below, we set out the details of each of these modes of transport so that you can understand their particularities.
DELIVERY BY COLISSIMO, CHRONOPOST
Delivery time
On average, delivery takes place within 3 working days for items in stock.
Delivery terms
Your products are delivered in person to your home. If you are not at home, your package will be left in your post box if it is large enough. Otherwise, a delivery notice will let you know that the carrier has been. You then have 10 days in which to retrieve your package from your post office. After this period, it will automatically be returned to us.
DELIVERY BY GEODIS, TNT, DUCROS EXPRESS
Delivery time
On average, delivery takes place within 4 working days for items in stock.
Delivery terms
There is no appointment time for your delivery. Your items are delivered to your front door. Delivery up to a floor and installation of your items are not included in this service. If you are not at home, we will leave a note saying we called in your letter box. It will ask you to make contact with the carrier within 7 days to arrange a delivery date.
SPECIALIST TRANSPORT DELIVERY
Delivery time
On average, delivery takes place within 20 working days for items in stock. If you want delivery at a later date, please contact our customer services.
Delivery terms
The carrier will contact you by telephone to arrange an appointment. On the day agreed, your items will be delivered to the desired location and floor. Two delivery personnel will unpack your items in the room of your choice.
Warning: it is your responsibility to check that all means of access (doors, staircases and lifts) are large enough to allow passage of the package(s).
OUR DELIVERY PRICES
At Maisons du Monde, delivery prices are not included in the price of each article. This allows us to offer prices adapted to the type of purchase, and to remain transparent about the true value of our products.
