  • My item has a fault, what should I do?

    If you notice a fault on your item within the commercial warranty period, you can submit a claim from your customer account page. To make your request: Go to "My account" and then to your order details. Select the item type for the order in question. Complete the Customer Services contact form. Customer Services will contact you as soon as possible to offer a solution. Remember to attach photos of the fault encountered, as this will help our quality control department in processing your claim.

  • Can I find all of the furniture displayed on the website in Maisons du Monde stores?

    Because our sales outlets have limited space, not all of our stores can display all of our furniture collections. As far as possible, though, you will find at least one item from each range, so you can get a better idea of the finish on our products.

  • I need more detailed information about the characteristics of my items

    Our product data sheets contain as much detail as possible, so you have a maximum of information. If you still cannot find the information you need, our Customer Service Department will be happy to answer your questions.

  • How do I track my order?

    You can track your orders in real time.
    To find out the status of open orders, go to the "My account" section. Then click "My orders" and select the order you wish to track.
    Orders can have the following statuses:
    - Order confirmed:
    Once your order has been recorded and your payment authorised, your order status will change to "confirmed". An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
    The "order confirmed" status automatically generates a purchase order. You can view and print your order by going to "My account" and "My orders"
    - Order being prepared:
    Your order has been sent to our logistics partner. Once your items become available, they will be carefully prepared and packaged for shipping.
    - Order has shipped
    Our carrier has picked up your order.
    - Order delivered
    Once you have received the order, its status switches to "Order delivered".
    You can view your invoice by going to "My account" and "My orders".
    - Order cancelled
    This status appears when you have cancelled your order through our Customer Service Department. Details of each Customer Service operation are sent to you personally and confirmed by e-mail.

  • I need more information about product warranties

    All of our products are warranted free of defects in design, materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery. As from the date of purchase, sofas identified on their product data sheet as covered by a five-year warranty are guaranteed:
    • Five years for the frame, legs, fasteners, convertible sofa mechanism, fabric backing and foam padding.
    • Two years for the filling in the back rest and seat cushions
    • One year for the covering and the mattress of convertible sofas.
