Baking biscuits is a real Christmas tradition in our family! My recipe is so easy, the children can help too. To start, mix 75g of butter, 85g of sugar, 1 egg and some vanilla in a big bowl. Gradually stir in 150g of flour and a teaspoon of baking powder, plus a pinch of salt. Add 100g of chocolate chips and give it a good stir. Use two teaspoons to shape the biscuits and place them on a baking sheet with plenty of room between them. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180° C and there you have it - Christmas cookies!
