Zinc-coated metal is a material which ages and becomes polished over time. Subject to damage from scratching, water stains and finger marks, as well as by certain “acid” foods (vinegar, lemon, etc. ), it requires constant upkeep. We recommend that you avoid allowing water to lie on the work surface, that you wipe it with a soft cloth after using, and that you use a trivet. Stain-resistant coating on the facades. Clean with a slightly damp sponge and wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
