Maintenance instructions: for daily cleaning, you should use a soft and slightly damp cloth. If any liquid spills, you should immediately wipe them off with a dry cloth or some kitchen towel.

To avoid any marks, you should never use detergents (bleach, sprays, etc.), abrasive products and sponges and you should avoid splashes from acid food such as lemons, vinegar, tomatoes, etc.

Use a trivet to stand your hot dishes and saucepans on to avoid any heat damage.

Make sure that you never cut anything directly on the wood and that you use a cutting board.

If over time your work surfaces become stained through daily use, you should sand your whole worktop (220 grain sandpaper) then apply a food-grade varnish.
